We had a lovely evening at this hotel. The location was really beautiful, with a delightful garden where we could relax and enjoy the ornamental pond full of large carp. The atmosphere was both casually inviting and delightfully upscale. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we appreciated having a flat-screen TV and a carpeted floor in our room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were lovely spaces to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal.

The Pine Marten is a nice place to stay, with a convenient location just across the road from Harlow Carr RHS Gardens. The lovely garden and small pond nearby are perfect for chilling out. The rooms are tidy and the staff is helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The shower has good pressure and instant hot water. a great choice for those visiting the beautiful surroundings of Harrogate.

The bathroom in the room could do with some updating.

The location was ideal for visiting RHS Harlow Carr, which was just across the road. The evening meal at the hotel was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Check out at 12 gave me a relaxing morning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at The Pine Marten. The building had a lot of character and our room was amazing, especially the bathroom. The double bed was massive and very comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The food at the restaurant was tremendous, with a tasty and imaginative menu. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of RHS Harlow Carr gardens and a short drive away from Harrogate town center. Everything was spot on.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a special occasion and I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel above the garden was a bit noisy one night, but overall, it was quite peaceful. The service provided by the staff, especially the male manager, was exceptional. He was prompt in attending to our needs and made sure we had a great experience. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, and free toiletries. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for convenience. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also very inviting and offered delicious food to try. There was even a leisure garden area where I could relax and enjoy the Wi-Fi. Additionally, the free parking was a great perk.

Location was great, with lots of places to explore within walking distance. There were some nice complementary amenities, like the fresh coffee in the lobby and the cozy courtyard area with plenty of seating. The room was also very clean and well-maintained.

The lighting in the room was poor, which made it difficult to see while getting ready. Additionally, the breakfast was not included and quite expensive considering the options available.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the location and the recently refurbished Pine Marten. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and the property itself was stunning with a beautiful garden where I could relax. The cocktails in the bar were amazing, and the seating area was well-designed and comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at The Pine Marten.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were excellent and helpful. We enjoyed the great cost of the room and the delicious dinner at the pub downstairs. The location was ideal, about 10 minutes from the center and had plentiful free parking.

There were Christmas parties happening downstairs with loud music until late at night, which was audible in our room. Additionally, we felt that the breakfast selection was limited, with only a few fruits available and missing standard items like ham and tomatoes.

The room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the lady who served us breakfast. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel had ample parking and was conveniently located near the town center. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
